Mid Penn Bank in Malvern, PA is seeking a Senior Financial Center Associate (Senior Teller) to join our team. The role emphasizes supervising financial center operations and delivering superior customer service while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

The position requires strong cash handling, the ability to open accounts, and leadership within the financial center team. A high school diploma is required; two years of related experience is preferred, and notary experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in related positions preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as required to meet operating needs.
• Notary experience preferred or ability to obtain notary as needed.

Responsabilités

• Performs Financial Center operational duties by conducting paying and receiving activities accurately.
• Operates and balances cash drawer accurately and efficiently.
• Provides customer service including processing and settling transactions.
• Maintains appropriate cash levels and ensures adequate cash availability.
• Acts to promote financial center sales and service programs and team events.
• Manages daily settlement of the ATM and vault transactions.
• Oversees and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
