Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a Senior Financial Analytics & Reporting Analyst to develop, maintain and enhance financial reporting, analytics, dashboards and data solutions for budgeting and planning.

You will partner with Finance, Human Resources, ITS and campus stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable financial information that supports forecasting, governance and executive decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial data structures and HR/payroll data.
• Proven ability to lead complex financial reporting initiatives.
• Ability to explain financial data to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of internal controls and data validation.
