• Pressure-test pricing models before they reach the Energy Transfer board.
• Reconcile equity rollforwards so the cap table never argues with the books.
• Own the tax provision and the footnotes that explain it.
• Manage banking relationships and optimize treasury operations.
• Build the $105,000 - $160,000 budget line and defend each assumption behind it.
