Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 4+ years in utility ratemaking or regulatory analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and tariff interpretation.
• Experience with SQL and Excel modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes lead in cost of service and rate design for functional areas.
• Develops rate structures and prices to meet corporate objectives.
• Prepares filings, including testimony and minimum filing requirements.
• Obtains regulatory approval of the rates.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
