Job summary

Siena Hospital, part of Dignity Health Nevada, is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to partner strategically and drive insight, predictability, and efficiency in supply chain operations. You will analyze data to inform leaders on initiatives, forecasts, and budgeting, supporting budget development and variance reporting.

You will also contribute to cross-functional reporting and have depth in financial modeling, data analysis, and strong communication to influence decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support team members in knowledge development.
• Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities including cash management, tax and audit.
• Create and use automated tools for updating, analyzing, and reporting consolidated financial results.
• Perform accounting functions including record keeping and reporting.
• Provide consistent financial analysis and reporting across functions.
