Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, strategic planning and financial modeling.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• GAAP knowledge preferred and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prepare and review monthly financial results.
• Develop financial plans for capital investment projects and ROI analysis.
• Perform financial analysis to monitor progress against budgets and forecasts.
• Track KPIs and variances; explain results and recommend actions.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to senior management.
• Support strategic planning and creation of management presentations quarterly.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities for the business.
• Create and update automated financial reports for departments.
• Coordinate deliverables during finance events and cross-department projects.
• Model financials for start-up ventures and existing departments.
