CLEAResult in the United States is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Shared Services. You will manage the monthly close, deliver financial analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting for assigned teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners, build budgets, create financial models, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. This role offers an opportunity to influence financial planning and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance or business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing month-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted finance partner and lead for assigned shared services teams, delivering financial analysis covering revenue, labor, and expenses.
• Manage monthly close process and post accruals and reclassifications as needed to ensure financial accuracy.
• Conduct variance analysis and reconciliations against forecasts and annual plan, delivering insightful analysis and risk-mitigation recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build budgets, track spending, and align with annual plans.
• Create financial models and conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, interpreting results and recommending actions to management.
• Act as a liaison between shared services teams and Corporate to research and answer questions as needed.
• Drive the annual strategic planning process, maintain historical financial records, and analyze trends to inform budgetary policy.
• Prepare monthly financial review packages for management, commenting on variances to plan, forecast, and prior year results.
• Support management initiatives such as process standardization, protect organizational value by maintaining confidentiality, and perform other duties as assigned
