CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Shared Services, leading month-end close, delivering financial analysis, and supporting budgeting and forecasting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and answer questions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted finance partner, managing the month end-end close process, delivering financial analysis, and providing budgeting/forecasting support to your assigned shared services teams. You will also prepare financial analysis that informs business objectives and program management activities. Strong, frequent communication with managers and cross-functional partners is essential to success in this role.Here at CLEAResult, you will fit right in with our energetic team if you are resourceful, resilient, communicative, and kind.For this opportunity, you are a great fit if you can… Serve as a trusted finance partner and lead for assigned shared services teams, delivering financial analysis covering revenue, labor, and expenses Manage monthly close process and post accruals and reclassification entries as needed to ensure financial accuracy Conduct variance analysis and reconciliations against forecasts and annual plan, delivering insightful analysis and risk-mitigation recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build budgets, track spending, and align with annual plans Create financial models and conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, interpreting results and recommending actions to management Act as a liaison between shared services teams and Corporate to research and answer questions as needed Drive the annual strategic planning process, maintain historical financial records, and analyze trends to inform budgetary policy Prepare monthly financial review packages for management, commenting on variances to plan, forecast, and prior year results Support management initiatives such as process standardization, protect organizational value by maintaining confidentiality, and perform other duties as assignedIn this exciting career opportunity, you will have… 5+ years of applicable experience in finance or business analysis Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred, and/or equivalent experience Proven experience managing month-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsTools & Knowledge MS Office, with strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Preferred: Experience with ERP/financial systems, budgeting and forecasting tools (e.g., Adaptive), and other tools as defined by the specific positionCompensation Range:$90-110kDOT RequirementsIf applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.Compensation Range$65,700.00 - $98,600.00CurrencyUSDTypeSalaryAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.CLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
