Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience budgeting, administration, and financial control in a multi-unit environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn new applications and systems.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly labor and expense plans by location to support staffing and scheduling.
• Provide analytical guidance to regional and operational leadership to influence performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and forecast impacts.
• Collaborate with Finance team to support monthly close, rolling forecasts, and planning.
• Create budgeting procedures and standards for labor and expenses.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform business decisions and growth.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice processing.
