Job summary

Montefiore is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support IT/Technology Finance and Shared Services financial oversight, budgeting, reconciliations, and reporting. The role emphasizes headcount analysis, OpEx vendor spend, and CapEx project maintenance across functions such as IT, Legal, and HR.

The successful candidate will create monthly and quarterly P&L reports, analyze variances, perform vendor analysis, and develop ad-hoc financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance is required.
• MBA in Finance or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting across shared services.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly & quarterly income and expense reports (P&L) by Shared Service function; analyze budget variances and vendor detail.
• Collaborate on OpEx and CapEx analysis; support forecasting and reporting.
• Create ad-hoc reports and back-up coverage; ensure data accuracy and issue resolution.
