Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for Manufacturing Analytics & BI to lead top-level analyses and support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting. You will partner with division leaders to transform data into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, financial models, and standardized processes across multiple sites, enabling executive decision-making and enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting or AIS Analyst role.
• 2+ years of experience with manufacturing and/or cost accounting.
• Experience with data mining, building intricate queries and reports, and planning applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, SysPro, Sage).
• Experience with cloud-based consolidation systems and reports (Oracle EPM).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Travel - up to 20%.
• Experience with utilizing AI technologies to enable efficient financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Data Systems, Process Improvement & Standardization: Automate data preparation and recurring reporting, ensuring accuracy through reconciliation, validation, and consistent metric definitions.
• Financial Analysis: Review aggregate cost analysis for 60+ manufacturing sites and provide recommendations to leaders.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with regional Finance Business Partners to align reporting and performance measurement.
