Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver advanced financial insights, partner with manufacturing and global teams, and support data-driven decision making. Strong modeling, KPI tracking, and EPM/AI tooling experience are preferred.

You'll develop and deploy tools and analytics to drive proactive performance, support monthly closes, and influence leaders with clear financial storytelling across functional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model historic, current and potential future financial data to assess financial health and opportunities.
• Collaborate as a key business partner to maximize profit and cash through initiatives like cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Develop financial models, reports, tools and data to support budgeting and forecasting; partner with leaders in data analysis.
