Responsibilities

• Prepares financial reports to support management decision making and for SEC reporting.
• Supports internal partners with financial knowledge and resolves accounting issues.
• Investigates fluctuations in financial results, identifies drivers and suggests actions to management.
• Prepares schedules for rate cases and responds to data requests.
• Automates accounting applications and coordinates information requirements.
• Compiles and analyzes financial data for federal reporting as needed.
• Reviews regulatory transactions for inclusion in financial statements and records them.
• Prepares and records journal entries and reconciliations for general ledger accounts.
• Ensures internal controls and supports audits.
