Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate

Location: Corporate Headquarters, 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

Join Uline as a Senior Financial Analyst to manage budgets for the Real Estate and Construction teams supporting our growing North American operations. If you excel in financial analysis and interpretation, Uline is the right place for you!

Position Responsibilities

1. Review financial statements of the Real Estate and Construction teams to identify key trends, variances, and improvement areas.
2. Assist in managing team budgets, including supporting the annual budgeting process.
3. Collaborate with the Real Estate Manager on lease renewals, building relocations, site planning, and analytics.
4. Generate and review reports using lease administration software related to rent schedules, renewal dates, and expenses.
5. Coordinate with Construction, Finance, and Operations departments to report findings to leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or finance.
• At least 5 years of finance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
