Job summary

The Atlanta Housing Authority is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in the Finance Department to serve as SME and Administrator for Prophix and other financial systems. You will coordinate development of electronic budgets, analyses, modeling, and reporting to support executive decisions.

You will maintain long-range financial models, perform scenarios, and provide analytical support for planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Prophix, budgeting and forecasting systems.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; data manipulation capabilities.
• Ability to develop and interpret financial models and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Create reports and dashboards as Prophix administrator.
• Develop financial and operational analyses for departments.
• Support annual audit and MD&A with financial systems.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly internal and external financial reports.
• Conduct trend analysis and investigate deviations.
• Develop models to support forecasting and decision making.
