Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related role.
• 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in Earned Value Management (EVM).
• 1+ years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or resource forecasts, including risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, manipulate and document source data to support analysis of resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs) at multiple levels using advanced Excel.
• Assist in developing and maintaining cost and/or schedule performance baselines, including EVM, to ensure accurate tracking, forecasting and reporting.
• Run routine weekly/monthly performance reports to provide insights into project progress and identify improvements or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and prepare variance analyses to identify deviations from targets.
• Support the development of business cases by providing accurate data analysis and appropriate indices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to cost and performance measurement.
• Ensure compliance with Boeing and governmental regulations concerning financial policies, procedures, processes, systems and tools.
• Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge.
• Train, mentor, and review junior analysts’ work via peer reviews.
