Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, or reporting in FP&A/Program Finance.
• Advanced Excel and large data set handling.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and data environments.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of program financial plans and forecasts with cross-functional teams.
• Liaises between Finance, Planning, Operations and Program Management to align activities.
• Monitors progress of program requirements and analyzes cost/revenue variances.
• Performs complex financial analysis (variance, risk, P/L) and prepares reports.
• Drives improvements in reporting, data flows and tools for accuracy and efficiency.
