Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for the TSSL Operations Finance team. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and Strategy to drive optimization and provide actionable insights across a vast fulfillment network.

The candidate will help design performance metrics, support senior leadership with decision-making, and manage reporting on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics of the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of Tableau.
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams to drive optimization, efficiency, and insights across TSSL.
• Oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers and coordinate cross-organizational initiatives with senior leadership visibility.
• Support thoughtful decision-making, influence business owners, and prioritize high-impact projects to advance the TSSL segment.
• Design, develop, and maintain performance measurements and reporting on strategic input drivers.
