The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of finance experience, including a bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary, along with proficiency in PowerBI and Excel. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $88,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
• Operational finance experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide key metrics to management teams.
• Create customer and supplier reporting and analytics.
• Manage operations financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
