Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 4+ years of continuous improvement projects to scale controllership with measurable results.
• MBA or CPA.
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and analyze business problems with limited guidance.
• Draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results and drive improvements.
• Align financial and operational analyses with business partners and challenge assumptions.
• Identify opportunities to resolve finance defects and improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance tools and processes across teams.
• Own the financial reporting for a business area and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and execute scalable, auditable data analysis processes.
• Communicate data clearly to varied audiences and partner with Site Leaders.
