Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Knowledge of cloud technology and supporting engineering teams is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for OCI business units.
• Analyze actuals, metrics, trends, and forecasts to inform decisions.
• Build relationships across OCI Finance and Business teams.
• Drive initiatives to improve financial processes and P&L accuracy.
• Develop ad hoc financial models and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Gather information from the Oracle Financial community to resolve issues.
• Prepare financial presentations and manage quarterly reporting.
