Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst of Merchandising to provide strategic decision support and partner with Bridgestone Retail Operations.

You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis, reporting to the Senior Manager of Merchandising Finance. The role is hybrid, with office presence Tuesday through Thursday at Bridgestone HQ in Nashville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus).
• Minimum of five 3+ years of related work experience.
• Extensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience.
• Advanced modeling, financial consolidation, and reporting experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with large data sets.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience creating Power BI Dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and budget planning as a key contributor to Bridgestone Retail Operations.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant financial reporting and accuracy of statements.
• Interpret income statements and balance sheets to guide decisions.
• Develop complex financial models to support strategy.
• Communicate findings clearly to leadership and drive finance discussions.
• Lead or support high-visibility projects and process improvements.
