Job summary

Techlink Systems Inc. in North Vernon, IN is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support plant accounting and financial decision making.

You will back up the Finance Manager, prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and partner with inventory and production teams to ensure accurate cost data. This contract role runs until January 15, 2027 and follows a Monday–Friday schedule. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on ERP

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in accounting required.
5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.
ERP experience in manufacturing.
Cost accounting background preferred.
SOX/internal controls awareness.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain financial controls, including SOX.
Manage standard cost input for materials, labor, overhead and cost roll changes.
Prepare standard and miscellaneous journal entries for monthly close.
Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
Collaborate with inventory to value materials and track inventory.
Coordinate with materials during physical inventories and reconcile to GL.
Prepare data for internal and external reporting using QAD and other systems.
Assist in preparing monthly forecasts and annual budget.
Support audits, cost studies and special projects to improve costs and profits.
Track capital project spending and capitalization.
