Musixmatch is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial analysis, reporting, and strategic projects alongside the CFO and senior leadership. The role collaborates with executives on planning, valuation, and performance metrics.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial models, lead M&A workstreams, prepare investor materials, and implement AI-assisted tools to drive performance with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate development, investment banking, FP&A, ideally in tech/media.
• Advanced financial modeling, US GAAP, and hands-on M&A experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, AI/LLM tools, and modern BI suites.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A workstreams including valuation, due diligence, and post-deal integration.
• Prepare investor and Board materials, and own budgeting, forecasting, and financial models.
• Implement AI-assisted tools and define KPIs to drive business performance.
