Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical accounting and financial reporting matters for M&A activities, including review of legal agreements and purchase accounting.
• Support SEC filings and related press releases as a subject matter expert.
• Assess accounting impact of new transactions and initiatives with GAO and cross-functional partners.
• Advise on complex accounting and policy questions; support global consultation processes.
• Maintain global accounting and control standards.
• Drive process improvement in global accounting and controls environment.
• Monitor regulatory guidance; support adoption efforts for GAO.
• Contribute to quarterly SEC financial reporting processes (10-Q/10-K).
• Deliver technical accounting, consolidations, reporting, and controls guidance across recurring and nonrecurring activities.
