• Ability to translate complex financial information into concise reports and communications.
• Experience improving or automating tracking, analysis, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage analysis, tracking, and reporting of annual and long-term incentive plans, including stock-based compensation for executives.
• Maintain accurate plan, participant, performance, and payout data using Excel and the tracking system.
• Collaborate with executives and finance to provide consultation and clear communication of incentive information.
• Prepare financial analyses and executive-level reporting for leadership and Board needs.
• Lead process improvements to strengthen reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle sensitive compensation information with discretion and attention to detail.
