Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in a financial/analytics role in the utility/energy sector.
• GAAP knowledge and ability to analyze complex financial data.
• Advanced MS Office and data management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage analysis, tracking, and reporting of annual and long-term incentive plans for executives.
• Maintain incentive and stock compensation data and prepare executive-level reports.
• Collaborate with executives and finance to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Develop financial analyses and reporting for leadership, Board, and proxy needs.
• Lead process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency and controls.
• Handle sensitive compensation information with discretion and integrity.
