Qualifikationen

• At least 4-10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• A minimum of four years of additional relevant experience may satisfy degree requirements.

• Conduct forward-looking financial and business analysis to support NAVSEA programs and leadership decision making.
• Prepare financial forecasts and analyze trends in production, sales, financial performance and general business conditions.
• Identify developments within competitive and programmatic environments and present substantive findings to senior management.
• Perform special financial and business related studies, collaborating with cross functional departments to develop and refine financial analyses.
• Create, review and interpret monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Support financial reconciliation activities across internal accounts and ensure compliance with NAVSEA and DoD financial standards.
• Serve as a subject matter specialist on complex technical and business financial matters within the team.
• Lead or coordinate financial projects with minimal supervision and provide guidance to junior analysts as needed.
• Utilize Navy ERP and PBIS to support planning, budgeting, and execution tasks.
• Manage and execute financial actions involving major Navy appropriations such as O&M Navy, RDT&E Navy, OPN, SCN or other DoD equivalents.
