Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and reporting packages.
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and business leadership to provide actionable financial insights.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis.
• Build sophisticated Excel models and analytical tools.
• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and improve financial reporting processes.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects.
• Assist with data migration, data validation, and system/process conversion initiatives.
• Reconcile and validate financial data during migration projects.
• Identify discrepancies and work with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues.
• Help automate and improve reporting and analytical processes.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to leadership.
