Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field is required.
• Financial Analyst: minimum of one year of related experience is required; Senior Financial Analyst: minimum of two years is required.
• Two years of experience with medical data analysis using SQL is preferred.
• Experience with IRS Form preparation and production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional-level financial and operational support to the Finance department across planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Analyze and interpret financial and operational data with accuracy and efficiency.
• Work with limited supervision; responsibilities scale with education, experience, and qualifications.
