Bradford Health Services in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial analysis projects, forecasts, and reporting. The role focuses on staffing, expenses, revenue trends, and budgeting across divisions to support strategic decision‑making.

The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting degree, at least three years in healthcare finance, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in accounting, finance, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated experience with financial applications and budgetary tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing cycles and GAAP/SEC basics.
• HIPAA and confidentiality awareness is required.

Responsabilités

• Detail statistical reporting on staffing, operations, FTEs, revenue.
• Coordinate and communicate budgets and annual budget prep.
• Identify trends and developments in the business environment.
• Ensure internal controls compliance and suggest updates.
• Present monthly or quarterly reports to Senior Management.
• Consolidate reports for rollup reporting across divisions.
