Job summary

Google is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with business teams across Google One, Google Photos, and cross-product initiatives. You will build sophisticated financial models, perform scenario analyses, and provide executive-ready insights to guide strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes partnership with Product, Analytics, and Controllership to align KPIs and financials. In this role, you will manage post-launch analyses, track performance, and inform GTM optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate cross-product partnerships, designing guardrails that align cross-product area incentives while protecting margins and ROI.
• Lead post-launch analytics, performance reviews, and variance tracking for live first-party partnerships to deliver actionable insights on impact scale, incrementality, and ongoing GTM optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Controllership, and partner product area finance teams to ensure alignment on launch constructs, KPIs, financials, and reporting.
• Develop standardized evaluation frameworks, repeatable templates, and reporting dashboards to increase execution velocity and streamline governance for future launches.
• Synthesize complex financial models into clear, executive-ready presentations and narratives for senior leadership across G1 and partner product areas to guide strategic decision-making.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
