The analyst collaborates closely with the CFO, Controller, and department managers to align financial performance with organizational goals, generate board‑level financial presentations, and drive data‑informed strategies. With a strong emphasis on revenue trends, supply cost analysis, and productivity reporting, this role requires exceptional communication skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset to deliver actionable recommendations and foster accountability throughout the hospital.
