Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 4 years increasing financial responsibility.
• Working understanding of GAAP.
• Other Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports budget preparation with staffing and revenue/margin/expense plans.
• Prepares reports on variances and provides management comments.
• Analyzes actual performance vs budgets/forecasts and recommends actions.
• Performs in-depth analyses for operational and strategic initiatives.
• Implements continuous financial process improvements and captures savings.
