Job summary

barre3 is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to bridge FP&A with data analytics and AI-driven workflows. You will partner with Operations, Marketing, Digital, and Retail to drive P&L optimization and deliver actionable executive insights.

You will build interactive Tableau dashboards, own forecasting models, and lead financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and growth at barre3. This hybrid role anchors in Portland, OR.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, BI, Data Science, or Financial Analytics experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Proven ability to build and present executive-ready dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans across business lines.
• Own monthly reporting packages and variance analysis for leadership.
• Create driver-based revenue and operating models for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze P&L trends and identify profitability drivers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Administer Workday Adaptive Planning and optimize reporting templates.
• Collaborate with Accounting and HR on month-end close and payroll forecasts.
