You will partner with Operations, Product and Finance teams to drive data-informed decisions, improve processes, and deliver insights that propel the business. This role emphasizes automation, problem-solving, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field or equivalent experience with 5+ years in finance.
• 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial reports and models to address business questions with regular audits and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
• Analyze financial data using Excel/SQL to extract insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to strengthen financial controls and scale reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product and Finance partners to understand challenges, propose solutions, and communicate findings clearly.
• Lead projects with limited oversight to deliver value-add enhancements and maintain SOPs.
