Armanino Foods, based in Pleasanton, CA, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our corporate finance team. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR and Accounting to translate financial data into actionable insights and influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include maintaining short- and long-term forecasts, supporting annual budgeting and long-range planning, and leading monthly internal financial and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of corporate FP&A experience.
• At least 5 years of total finance experience.
• Strong modeling, accounting principles, and management reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with executive communication skills.

Armanino Foods is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our corporate finance team in Pleasanton, California. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will provide the analysis, planning, and financial insights needed to support strategic decisions and improve business performance across the organization.

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with leaders across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Human Resources, and Accounting to evaluate business performance and turn financial data into actionable recommendations. This role is well suited for a finance professional who enjoys solving complex business problems, building decision-support models, and influencing outcomes through cross-functional partnership.

• Maintain the company's short- and long-term financial forecasts.
• Support the annual long-term strategic and budget planning process, including financial modeling by period, spend type, and department.

Financial Analysis & Business Partnership

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Serve as a business partner to the company's operating functions, providing financial insights and recommendations that support business performance.

Reporting & Systems

• Lead the compilation of monthly internal financial and KPI reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support other finance and operational initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of corporate FP&A experience.
• At least 5 years of total finance experience.
• Self-directed team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to periodically take on additional responsibilities based on business needs.
• Strong proficiency in financial statement modeling, accounting principles, and management reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Preferred

• Investment banking experience in addition to corporate FP&A experience.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and artificial intelligence applications.
• Experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or another manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Sage X3 or a comparable ERP platform.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA designation.

Compensation

Estimated base salary: $110,000–$140,000 plus annual bonus opportunity. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and business needs.

• Onsite Monday through Thursday in Pleasanton, California with flexible Fridays working from home.
