What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Support client teams through financial strategies by monitoring and analyzing employee benefits programs
  • Provide financial reporting, detailed utilization analytics, projections, and reserve calculations for high-revenue clients
  • Evaluate, refine, and create regional financial tools, trainings, and resources
  • Analyze claims utilization and communicate findings to internal teams and clients
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior analysts in financial analytics

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) in a relevant discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Intermediate skills in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming
  • Experience in analyzing financial data specific to employee benefits programs
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
