Qualifications

• Analytical thinker capable of turning complex data into executive-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly OPEX variance analysis and forecasting vs. budget.
• Drive month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Support annual budgeting and financial modeling.
• Monitor headcount/labor cost trends and capital spend.
• Partner directly with cross-functional business leaders.
• Lead process improvement and digital finance initiatives, with room to bring AI and automation into everyday reporting.
