Job summary

Amazon's Central Operations Finance team seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner on defect cost controllership (DCC) and support operational leaders across the network. Build models using SQL, Excel, and SAP to drive end-to-end defect cost reduction, with automation and new reporting coverage in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

You'll collaborate with operations, Retail & FBA partners, and customer service finance, producing forecasts, cost bridges, and ROI analyses for leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years in finance, accounting, or analytical field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or related analytical field.
• Experience with advanced SQL for data mining and BI.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial planning cycles including forecast modeling and presentations to senior leadership.
• Analyze large-scale data to build reports that drive defect cost reduction and business improvement.
• Validate project financials to ensure ROI insights and track financial impact against budgets.
