Broad Responsibilities

• Planning and forecasting: Help update financial expectations, evaluate assumptions, and explain how changes in business activity could affect future results.
• Business analysis: Connect financial performance to commercial and operational activity, investigate unexpected trends, and identify areas for further attention.
• Decision support: Develop models and evaluate alternatives that help business partners improve profitability, manage costs, and prioritize initiatives.
• Leadership reporting: Prepare clear analysis and presentations that explain what happened, why it matters, and what actions the business should consider.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business finance, or relevant accounting, advisory and analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to investigate a business question and explain your findings clearly.
• Experience with forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting, or finance process improvement.
• Interest in understanding how a business operates and how financial analysis can influence decisions.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with finance and non-finance colleagues.
• Experience in a technology, manufacturing, industrial, or other product-based business is helpful. Public accounting or advisory experience is also valued.
• Curiosity, initiative, and openness to feedback, with a desire to learn from experienced leaders and take on increasing responsibility.
