Job summary

Berkadia is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to perform comprehensive financial analyses of Commercial Real Estate assets and support client-facing documents. You will analyze P&L statements, rent rolls, and market data, building dashboards and visuals to explain insights clearly.

The role involves presenting analyses to clients, tracking market trends, and collaborating with team members to address market intelligence needs. Irvine location with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office, esp. Excel with VBA and complex formulas.
• Experience with data analytics, including demographics, competitors, and trends.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas through writing and data visualization.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the process of analyzing P&L statements and rent rolls.
• Manage and update databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and other key real estate metrics.
• Occasionally present analyses and provide support to clients.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic and demographic trends.
• Conduct research and write market intelligence for marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Prepare and present analytical results, including graphics and charts, clearly.
