Job summary

Doyon, Limited seeks a finance professional to self-manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash management duties under the Vice President of Finance & Tax. The role supports subsidiaries, departments, and stakeholders, focusing on risk management and timely reporting.

You will develop financial models, perform planning analyses, and coordinate with parent and subsidiary teams to ensure accuracy and compliance, while contributing to strategic corporate development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience in tax, finance, or related area.
• Strong computer proficiency with Excel, Word, BNA Fixed Assets, RIA Checkpoint, and tax software.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and statements.

Responsibilities

• Compile and review the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts using OneStream Software.
• Assist in preparation of financial models and pro-forma statements for strategic planning.
• Coordinate with accounting teams at parent and subsidiary levels for data collection and forecasting.
• Report daily cash balances and monitor cash and financing needs.
• Assist in long-term financial projections including updating the corporate capital model.
• Assist in due diligence of new acquisitions.
• Develop monitoring tools and reports to ensure compliance for stakeholders.
• Track finance reporting due dates and bank covenants.
• Other duties as assigned.
