Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Supply Chain Finance seeks a high-energy Financial Analyst to execute FP&A tasks within the AWS Supply Chain, supporting ACL Forward Logistics. The team delivers high-quality analyses to influence cash flow and strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will forecast monthly/quarterly/annual results, collaborate with FP&A and business partners, develop cost metrics, and build business cases for initiatives to present to AWS senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of tax, finance or similar analytical experience.
• 2+ years of automation and analysis experience.
• Experience using financial models, KPIs and data analysis to inform business decisions with measurable impact.
• 3+ years contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years dissecting financial data to support strategy.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting processes.
• Partner with AWS Infrastructure FP&A and business partners to create descriptive and prescriptive analysis.
• Work cross-functionally with business partners and finance teams on strategic initiatives requiring NPV analysis and monthly reporting.
• Develop metrics and reports to provide visibility into cost structure and drive actionable goals.
• Develop business cases for ad-hoc projects and present recommendations to AWS senior management.
