Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios, verify valuation assumptions, and articulate defensible judgments for models. You’ll expose inconsistencies, write honest analysis, and highlight the drivers that matter.

Expected work involves three-statement links, DCF reasoning, and working-capital logic. This is a flexible, remote role with significant contribution potential for experienced finance professionals.

Qualifications

Models can build a three-statement model that looks clean and still get the mechanics wrong: a balance sheet that doesn't balance, working capital that flows the wrong way, a circular reference silently zeroed out. Someone has to trace the numbers back through the logic, and that someone is you.

As a Finance Expert you'll evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios, check the valuation assumptions and the accounting behind them, and write the judgments that teach models what defensible finance work looks like.

Compensation

Up to $40 – $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k–$100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
