Responsibilities

• Partner with divisional finance leadership on monthly analysis and internal reporting of financial statements.
• Prepare and post recurring and non-recurring journal entries for assigned entities.
• Perform account reconciliations and research variances.
• Collaborate with operational teams to establish and maintain project-level budgets.
• Support annual budget prep and quarterly reforecast updates.
• Identify and pilot automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting processes.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests by compiling schedules and documentation.
