Job summary

Amazon's Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program supports the Last Mile business across the Americas. We seek a Senior Financial Analyst to scale analytics, support DXI and VAS investments, and partner with Performance, Scorecard and regional teams to drive informed decisions.

This builder role emphasizes automated, AI-first reporting and data-driven storytelling, enabling leadership to act on trends while managing forecasting, budgeting, and outlook across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
• 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• MBA, or Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting, reporting, and planning cycle support for DXI and VAS investments spanning uniform, legal services, 401K, and other products
• Serve as finance business partner to Performance and Scorecard, VAS, and Americas teams
• Drive high-visibility Weekly Business Review (WBR) processes, including commentary on trended performance and monthly/quarterly/annual financial outlook across Last Mile and DSP teams
• Bring a product mindset to build and scale automated, AI-first analytics across Americas programs, reducing manual effort and single-person dependencies
• Ad hoc support for initiatives and business actions tracking, and other business support as needed
