Amazon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to scale and support the DSP program across the Americas. This role leads finance support for DXI and VAS, partnering with Performance, Scorecard, and Americas teams to translate performance into decisions for leadership.

As a finance business partner, you will build automated analytics, drive WBR processes, and help manage investments in products like uniform, legal services, 401K, and other offerings across Last Mile and DSP teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related analytical field.
• 3+ years of finance or related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional initiatives driving financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting, reporting, and planning cycle support for DXI and VAS investments across products.
• Serve as finance business partner to Performance and Scorecard, VAS, and Americas teams.
• Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial outlook and narrative across Last Mile and DSP teams.
• Build and scale automated, AI-first analytics to reduce manual effort and enable insight.
• Provide ad hoc support for initiatives and business actions tracking.
