The role supports IPTs in planning, budgeting, and acquisition execution, serving as a key advisor to program leadership on multi-million-dollar portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least ten years in defense finance, with secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret Yankee White access.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with Navy acquisition and financial management systems.
• Experience supporting major defense acquisition programs.
• Experience developing and monitoring program budgets, spend plans, and funding documents.
• Experience working with IPTs and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of PPBE processes.
• DAWIA certification or DAU coursework and security clearance eligibility.

Aufgaben

• Manage AMS CSPT data, funding profiles, and baseline program information.
• Maintain contract action tracking, milestones, and program execution data.
• Develop and maintain PIDS, PMT, and related acquisition workflows.
• Analyze funding, schedule impacts, and execution risks across programs.
• Prepare funding requests, de-obligation requests, and supporting documents.
• Develop executive-level briefings, metrics, and recommendations.
• Mentor junior analysts on acquisition budgeting and financial processes.
