A senior living company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support their Chief Investment Officer in executing strategic growth plans. The role involves financial analysis, acquisitions underwriting, and transaction due diligence. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in finance or related fields, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. This position is fully remote and requires travel across North America.
Solera Senior Living is looking for a talented and driven Senior Financial Analyst to directly support the Chief Investment Officer in executing on our company’s strategic growth plan. The target growth plan includes core, core plus and value-add acquisitions and developments (via both investment and third-party management contracts) of institutional quality senior living assets – including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. This position will be multifaceted and work directly within our business development function. This is a newly created position due to growth.

This position is fully remote. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate underwriting or financial analysis in the senior living industry. Travel across North America is required.
